RULES
1] One composition a day, each day, for 365 days. Beginning Aug 10, 2003 and ending Aug 9, 2004.

2] Compositions must be a conceptual reminder of an experience, thought, feeling, or sight from that day.

3] Each composition must be done within the day it represents. It cannot be a continuation of an earlier project or idea. It must be conceived of and executed in 24 hours.

4] The finished compositions must be uploaded by 12:00 AM MST.

5] Each composition must contain typography or be derived from typographic elements.

6] Color must be an element of each composition.

 7] A composition may be altered or entirely reworked at any time during the day it represents, however, once a composition is uploaded it may not be changed.

8] On days away from home (during travel, away from the computer) composition materials must be collected on each day they are to represent, however they can be assembled on return.

These rules were imposed after I began the project so some of the earlier compositions don't meet the criteria. There have also been a few times when I have finished and saved a piece and then realized that I had forgotten to include type or color. I'm leaving those compositions as they are and not going back to update them. If I make honest mistakes in the future I will leave those as well.
